King prawn carpaccio with beech mushrooms & herb oil

Appetizer:

Funghi ravioli with truffle & chives

Intermediate course:

Winter fish served with winter vegetables, samphire & white wine sauce

Palate cleanser:

Blood orange sorbet

Main course:

Venison fillet with winter garnishes, celeriac cream & game jus

Dessert:

Homemade dessert according to the creation of our chef
