We warmly welcome you on December 31, 2024, at the Nobla restaurant for a 6-course dinner.
This dinner will be accompanied by paired wines and includes drinks.
Amuse-bouche: Trio of appetizers
Steak tartare with Parmesan, Smoked mackerel mousse, Gyoza with Thai dressing
Starter:
King prawn carpaccio with beech mushrooms & herb oil
Appetizer:
Funghi ravioli with truffle & chives
Intermediate course:
Winter fish served with winter vegetables, samphire & white wine sauce
Palate cleanser:
Blood orange sorbet
Main course:
Venison fillet with winter garnishes, celeriac cream & game jus
Dessert:
Homemade dessert according to the creation of our chef
