What time can I check in and out?
Check-in: From 3pm
Check-out: Before 11am
If you arrive before 3pm, you can leave your luggage at reception. You can also check in online to ensure that everything goes smoothly when you arrive.
How can I make a reservation?
The easiest way to make a reservation is via our website. You can also easily reach us by telephone on +32 (0) 585 911 33 or by emailing reception@cornrhotel.be. We look forward to helping you with your reservation.
How can I change or cancel a reservation?
Please contact our reception by emailing reception@cornrhotel.be or by telephone on +32 (0) 585 911 33. All information regarding our cancellation policy for your booking can be found in your reservation confirmation. If you didn’t book with us directly but via one of our partners (e.g. booking.com), please contact the partner you made the booking with.
Can I make a reservation without a credit card?
Of course, we’ll be happy to take care of this for you. Just email reception@cornrhotel.be or call us on +32 (0) 585 911 33. Payment can be made using a Bancontact debit card or with a bank transfer.
Can I park at your hotel?
The CORNR Hotel 4* has several parking spaces where you can leave your car securely. Reservations are strongly advised. The maximum height of the car park is 1.9m.
Are dogs allowed in the hotel?
Dogs are welcome at The CORNR Hotel 4* for a supplement of €20/night. Dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room between 6.30am and 12pm.

Is your hotel easily accessible for wheelchair users?
Yes, The CORNR Hotel 4* has 3 rooms that are fully adapted to wheelchair users. These rooms can be reached by lift and have been designed to avoid any height variations. Our breakfast room with terrace and all toilets are also fully wheelchair accessible.
Is there a bar at The CORNR Hotel 4*?
Yes, you’re welcome to visit our bar from 12pm onwards and enjoy a variety of drinks and light meal options. You can also call into the bar to discover our range of home-made cocktails. The bar is open to hotel and non-hotel guests.
Can I reserve a cot?
Yes, of course. Each room can accommodate 1 cot. If you’d like us to provide one, just let us know when you make your reservation. The reception can answer any questions you may have. There is a €12.50 surcharge per cot and per stay.
Can we provide a room preference?
After you’ve made your reservation, you’ll receive an email where you can indicate your room preference. Subject to availability. Supplements may apply.
Can I make a reservation with a gift voucher?

Can I buy a gift voucher for The CORNR Hotel?

Can I come and have breakfast as a non-hotel guest?
