What time can I check in and check out?
Check-in: From 3 p.m.
Check-out: Before 11 a.m.
Your luggage can be stored at reception if you arrive before 3 p.m. You can use the online check-in service to ensure a smooth check-in process upon arrival.
How can I make a reservation?
The easiest way to make a reservation is via our website. You can also reach us by telephone on 058 59 11 33 or by email at receptie@cornrhotel.be. We look forward to helping you further.
How can I change or cancel a reservation?
To do so, please contact our reception desk by email at receptie@cornrhotel.be or by telephone on 058 59 11 33. All information regarding cancellation conditions for your booking can be found in your booking confirmation. If you did not book directly but through a partner (booking.com, etc.), you must contact the partner through whom you made the booking.
Can I make a reservation without a credit card?
Certainly. We will be happy to help you at our reception desk via receptie@cornrhotel.be or 058 59 11 33. Payment by debit card or bank transfer is possible.
Is there parking available at your location?
The CORNR Hotel 4* has several parking spaces where you can leave your car without any worries. Reservations are strongly recommended. The maximum height of the car park is 1.90 metres.
Are dogs allowed in the hotel?
Yes, dogs are welcome at our hotel, except in the suites, the apartment and the penthouse. Dogs are not allowed during the breakfast buffet due to hygiene regulations. Your dog can stay in your room, or you can choose to have breakfast together in our restaurant, where dogs are welcome. The cost is €20 per night per dog.
Can I make a reservation for a group?

Is your hotel easily accessible for wheelchair users?
Yes, The CORNR Hotel has three rooms that are fully adapted to the needs of wheelchair users. These rooms are accessible by lift and are designed so that there are no height differences. Furthermore, our breakfast room with terrace and all toilets are fully wheelchair accessible.
Is there a bar at The CORNR Hotel 4*?
Yes, you can visit our bar from 12 noon onwards. Here we serve a variety of drinks and light meals. You can also discover our range of homemade cocktails in the bar. The bar is open to hotel guests and non-hotel guests.
Can I reserve a baby cot?
Yes, we can provide a cot in all rooms. If you would like one, please indicate this in your reservation. If you have any questions, the reception desk is always happy to help. A cot costs 12.5 EUR per stay.
Can we request a preferred room?
Yes, you can always let us know your room preference by contacting us via receptie@cornrhotel.be or 058 59 11 33. We always try to take this into account as much as possible, but of course we cannot guarantee it.
Can I make a reservation with a gift voucher?

Can I purchase a gift voucher for The CORNR Hotel?
That is certainly possible. You can do this via: Gift voucher.
Can a personal message be provided in the room?
That is possible. Please contact reception via receptie@cornrhotel.be or via 058 59 11 33.
Can I have breakfast if I am not a hotel guest?
That is possible. Children under the age of 3 are free of charge. For children aged 4 to 12, the price is €17.50 per child. From the age of 12, the standard price of €27.50 per person applies. Please contact us via receptie@cornrhotel.be or via 058 59 11 33
What is the difference between a flexible rate and a non-refundable rate (NRF)?
A flexible rate gives you the freedom to change or cancel your reservation free of charge up to 5 days before arrival.
A non-refundable rate (NRF), on the other hand, is cheaper but cannot be changed or cancelled after booking. In case of cancellation or change, the full amount remains payable.
Do you have a luggage compartment?
Yes, there is a luggage room available next to the reception. You can leave your suitcases here upon arrival or after checking out, so you can enjoy your day without any worries.
Is the hotel accessible by public transport?
Yes, the hotel is easily accessible by public transport. There is a stop just 20 metres from the entrance, ideal for a comfortable arrival without any hassle.
Is there an internet connection in the hotel?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. The Wi-Fi code is listed on your check-in card, but you can also request it from reception. This means you can stay connected wherever you are in the hotel.
Is there a wellness centre in the hotel?
Yes, we have a private wellness area where you can relax in peace and quiet. It is equipped with a sauna, hammam, infrared bench, double rain shower, sun loungers and is provided with slippers, towels, bathrobes and Rituals care products.
The wellness area can be reserved exclusively for two hours via three different packages.

We also offer the option of staying overnight in our VIP Wellness Penthouse, which has its own sauna and hammam. For the ultimate wellness experience.
How far is the hotel from the sea?
Our hotel is located just 250 metres from the beach.
What perfume is used in the hotel?
That pleasant fragrance is The CORNR Hotel's signature scent. Would you like to enjoy the same scent at home? You can purchase fragrance sticks with this scent at the reception desk. This way, you can bring a touch of The CORNR into your home.
