Our large room can be divided into three separate spaces. This gives you the freedom to choose one large space or several smaller rooms, depending on the number of participants or the nature of your meeting.

Our rooms are equipped with modern technology for smooth on-site and online meetings: LG Smart TVs with touch and wireless presentation, clear sound, a hybrid camera setup and fast Wi-Fi. This allows online participants to experience the same quality and interaction as those in the room.

Hendrik Geeraert
The Hendrik Geeraert room is ideal for smaller meetings or break-out sessions. With a surface area of 24 m², this room offers an intimate and quiet setting, perfect for focused brainstorming sessions or discussions in a small group.
Karel Cogge
With 48 m², the Karel Cogge room offers just that little bit of extra space for medium-sized meetings, workshops or presentations.
Jeanne Panne
For larger events and conferences, there is the Jeanne Panne room, which, at 72 m², utilises the full capacity of the hall.

Customised coffee breaks
During your meeting, we provide a tasty coffee break with coffee, tea, water, fruit water and fruit juices. You can also enjoy a fresh fruit basket and a selection of delicious pastries. Would you prefer something else? No problem, we are happy to tailor the coffee break entirely to your group's preferences.
Lunch during your meeting
We serve a tasty sandwich lunch with soup of the day or a cold platter with soup of the day. Would you prefer a different option? We will be happy to work with you to create a fully customised lunch so that your meeting perfectly suits the wishes of your group.
